Canceling stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing term unless otherwise stated in your account.

How cancellation works

  1. 1. Submit your account email Use the form to identify the subscription you want help with.
  2. 2. Choose “Cancel subscription” This tells support you want future renewals stopped.
  3. 3. Receive confirmation Your cancellation request should be confirmed by email, and access normally remains through the end of the paid term.
